Raw Vegan Holiday Desserts Workshop This Sunday

We’ve invited Jamie Leedom of Juicy Raw Beauty back to the market to do a workshop on creating raw, vegan desserts just in time for the holidays! Traditional holiday flavors and desserts will get a makeover using fresh and unheated raw ingredients including nuts, seeds, dried fruit, vegetables, spices, and superfoods. These easy and delicious vegan desserts will be made using simple tools such as a knife, blender and food processor.

Participants will learn how to create:

  • carrot cake with lemon frosting
  • chocolate dipped Shortbread cookies
  • gingerbread truffles

As an added bonus, almost all of the ingredients you will need to make these delicious treats will be available for purchase in the store at a 10% discount. You can pick up what you need and walk out ready to create!
