The simple combination was described as very “French country.” I envisioned ambling up to a quaint market in picturesque Provence and buying a large bunch of freshly cut asparagus. From there, I strolled a short distance to another vendor and purchased freshly laid eggs. The image was so simple yet so glamorous. A basic reality snapped me out of my reverie: I can do that here! Fertile farmland surrounds...

Fruit zest can be stored in the freezer and used...

In late February through early March of last year, we launched our first Lemon Street Market customer survey. Over 400 surveys were completed, with responses coming in through our links on Facebook, Instagram, our weekly newsletter, and even through print handouts at the store. While our store has always been built on customer feedback (versus a corporate office), throughout 2016 we have kept this type of feedback at the forefront,...

So, my daughter (Miss E) opened up Pinterest and went to work looking for the ultimate dog cookie. As with everything on Pinterest, there are tons of dog cookie recipes. ...
